The Fifth Annual Livingston Hoot takes place Thursday, August 8th on historic Main Street. Last year’s well-attended event will once again feature food and drink vendors and non profit organizations.
If you haven’t filled out your form to be a vendor please sign up below and mail the form back to us at 523 N. 3rd St. Livingston, MT 59047. Or you can scan the form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information for Vendors
All vendors need to be Park County residents or if from out of county, need to participate in the Livingston Farmer’s Market regularly. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. There will be a new “plastics free” initiative this year. We’ll explain this as it develops – but all cutlery or serving dishes need to be made of recyclable materials in an effort to cut down on waste.
All vendors will set up in the second block of Main, with set up time starting at 2 pm. The Hoot opens at 4 PM. Lewis Street will be the location of an extended kids area this year with inflatables and family friendly activities. The first block of Main will be reserved to accommodate all those who come to enjoy the music on the Main Stage.
The Livingston Hoot’s fiscal sponsor is the Park County Community Foundation, and donations towards the event are tax deductible. Interested restaurants, food vendors, food trucks, non profit organizations or volunteers can reach the Hoot producers at email@example.com.
